PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Education: Masters/ Bachelors in CS or related discipline
· Expertise: Extensive experience of Software Development, J2EE, C++, Billing Solutions and CRM
· Experience: 3-6 Years
· Trainings: MCP / Java Certification Preferable
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage software development projects, deliver high quality innovative software that meets Customer satisfaction
· Continuously evaluate ways to improve existing and in-development projects to align with company
· Effectively communicate relevant changes to teams.
· Overall responsible for software developments, enhancements and maintenance
· Act as the liaison to the Senior Manager and development teams
· Ensure that the technical requirements for the system are met
· Translating business requirements into technical details for development or maintenance of Software Development Projects
· Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system development , implementation or maintenance
· Ensure all the developments are met according to business requirements
· Responsible for designing , development , implementation, testing, pre/post implementation.
· Providing architectural and technical guidance to the product development
· Ensuring sound engineering design, process and quality practices are followed.
· Deliver finished, high quality, and compelling software products.
· Effective and professional Software Architecture skills
· Ability to meet tasks and objectives
· Ability to map business requirements into technical solutions
· Ability to conduct technical walk-through and reviews with users
· Manage team and other resources according to tasks
