Job Details:

A leading business group engaged in numerous diversified business and commercial activities from manufacturing to marketing and supplies to sales and distribution of various internationally renowned brands is looking for high caliber and accomplished National Sales Manager who could manage north and south regions sales and able to develop the overall National Sales programs for the entire product range.
Persons who are intended to apply this position must have strong understating of both the regions and aware of regional dynamics when managing a nationwide sales force. Preference would be give to those who posses strong FMCG background especially in cosmetics and care products.
Responsibilities:
●    Responsible for sales activities nationwide.
●    Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
●    Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
●    Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
●    Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
●    Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
●    Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
●    Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
●    Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
●    Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
●    Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
●    Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
●    Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
●    Advise distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
●    Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
●    Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
●    Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
●    Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
