Overview Primarily responsible for configuration of Human Capital Management Module, smooth operations, facilitate for system development and integration with other modules of SAP and other information systems
Responsibilities - Responsible for system implementation, integration and customized development for HCM Module of SAP
- Facilitation in translating business requirements into technical details for configuration of the functionalities of HCM Module of SAP
- Act as the liaison to the business process owners and development team
- Ensure that the technical requirements for the system are met
- Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system implementation
- Ensure the development of interfaces and conversions in a standard SAP format
- Analyzes requirements and map the systems features to build the system
- Develop SAP Scripts, ALE, ABAP List, Screen Customization, User Exits and Customer Exits
- Develop Java Struct, Servlets, JSP and EJB programs.
Requirements - Education: Bachelors in IT/CS or related discipline
- Expertise: Extensive experience of Software Development, Software Engineering, ERP SAP HCM implementation and others
- Trainings:
- SAP HCM Technical Certification.

KPIs:
- 90% of HCM module changes /enhancements implemented for smooth functioning of the business operations.
- 90% of ABAP development made for the functioning of the HCM module.
- 90% of Modification and Enhancements within SAP HCM module.
- 75% integration of SAP with other PTCL Information Systems.
- 99% of technical queries resolved & responded to the business.
- 90% of Data migration programs developed.
- 90% of logical and operational errors removed.
