PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE · Masters Degree with at least 10 years of exposure in the field of organizational development, job evaluation, training & development etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Direct in Training Needs Analysis and develop Annual Training Plan.
· Coordinate trainings for the employees including, in-house technical/specialized/ HSEQ trainings, in coordination with other departments.
· Update and monitor Training Plan data, Training indices and amount invested on individual employees towards their training and development.
· Liaise with trainers.
· Propose training budget and monitor related HR policy issues.
· Direct in develop the job specifications, Job Descriptions and update them whenever necessary.
· Facilitate in implementing Job Evaluation, Salary Restructuring, Salary Surveys, Employee Surveys, Performance Management, Succession and Career Planning, Staff Retention and other OD initiatives
· Monitor Personal Development Plan (PDP) and Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) of Refinery Division employees.
· Suggest steps towards attracting/retaining high caliber staff.
· Should be team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Should have proactive approach and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal). Strong computer competency specially in MS-Word, Excel, Power point.
