To lead, direct and manage all HR activities for Global Business Service (GBS) to achieve profitable growth and co-operation in line with business strategy
Job Summary:
- Establish an annual action plan for the country and associated HR budget in line with country HR strategy and direction
- Monitor the achievement of the action plan against HR milestones and KPI's (e.g. Employee Satisfaction, Productivity, Employee retention)
- Influence the culture and support the commitment to continued improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to management in country to assist them work with their employees to achieve their performance standards
- Facilitate and support change programs/ training initiatives
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
- University degree in Human Resources
- 4 - 6 years working experience in Human Resources
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to think conceptually and operate at a strategic level
