Overview The Executive Vice President OD, must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships within the organization and have a history of implementing successful programs across the company. Strong leadership, organizational credibility, business acumen, compensation knowledge and decisive execution are the keys to be successful in this position. Responsibilities • Provides assistance to the company’s business units and functions in defining suitable organizational structures, optimal performance levels, appropriate systems and procedures
• Evaluate organization structures, policies and processes. Recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the Company’s overall direction.
• Focuses especially on management of corporate restructuring operations
• Responsible for developing and implementing a market competitive compensation system.
• Institutes a credible mechanism for assessing the inconsistencies among various groups of the company
• Develop various HR guidelines and policies into a comprehensive HR policy manual.
• Manage core Performance Management and feedback processes
• Build process tools, collateral materials and presentations to support OD initiatives and roll out.
Requirements Selected candidate will become an integral part of our dynamic team of professionals and must carry following skills to fit perfectly in the culture of change, leadership, vision and excellence.
• MBA with specialization in HR from well reputed local/Foreign University
• Minimum 10 years of strategic Human Resource leadership experience with recent experience in supporting large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success in all Human Resources functional areas within a fast-paced, technically focused environment
• Excellent leadership skills including; outstanding communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, and team building.
• Proven success in conducting organization design and development initiatives, implementing change models and developing organization structures while proactively driving ongoing optimization efforts.
• Possess strong analytical/judgmental skills to recommend strategies, which support the transformation process in line with the company’s objectives.
• Excellent project management skills including successful leadership of projects from planning phase through completion
