Overview - Manage and Lead software development projects, deliver high quality innovative software that meets Customer satisfaction
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
- Create and execute project work plans outlining schedules and deliverables.
- Manage and motivate a shared responsibility team. Effectively communicate relevant changes in projects to project teams.
- Overall responsible for software developments, enhancements and maintenance
- Act as the liaison to the business requirement and development teams
- Ensure that the technical requirements for the system are met
- Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system development , implementation or maintenance
Ensure all the developments are met according to business requirements
Develop work plans and provide support for designing , development , implementation, testing, pre/post implementation.
Providing architectural and technical guidance to the product development
Ensuring sound engineering design, process and quality practices are followed.
Ensure sound security engineering practices are followed
Overseeing software certification processes
Deliver finished, high quality, and compelling software products.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

- Education: Masters in CS or related discipline
- Expertise: Extensive experience of Software Development in C/C++, J2EE, Billing Solutions and CRM
- Experience: 7-10 Years

KPIs :

- Number of Development Projects / Modules
- Modification and enhancements within BnCC or any other solution.
- Integration of application with other Applications
- Provision of technical support to the management
- Management of resources against projects


Trainings:
- PMP / Prince 2 Certification Preferable

Other skills:
- Effective and professional Software Architecture skills
- Ability to meet development plans and schedules
- Ability to map business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage development teams and other resources
- Effective Communication Skills
