| Overview | Primarily responsible for Management of Software Development team and overall responsible of Software developments and implementations. |
| Responsibilities | - Manage software development projects, deliver high quality innovative software that meets Customer satisfaction - Continuously evaluate ways to improve existing and in-development projects to align with company - Effectively communicate relevant changes to teams. - Overall responsible for software developments, enhancements and maintenance - Act as the liaison to the Senior Manager and development teams - Ensure that the technical requirements for the system are met - Translating business requirements into technical details for development or maintenance of Software Development Projects - Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system development , implementation or maintenance - Ensure all the developments are met according to business requirements - Responsible for designing , development , implementation, testing, pre/post implementation. - Providing architectural and technical guidance to the product development - Ensuring sound engineering design, process and quality practices are followed. - Deliver finished, high quality, and compelling software products. |
| Requirements | - Education: Masters/ Bachelors in CS or related discipline - Expertise: Extensive experience of Software Development, J2EE, C++, Billing Solutions and CRM - Experience: 3-6 Years Trainings: MCP / Java Certification Preferable |
