Overview EVP Market Communication develops and implements a comprehensive communication plan to project a favorable image of Company :both externally and internally. The EVP must also maintain relationships with government, business, and media agencies to create broader acceptance and support of the company’s actions and objectives.
Responsibilities Devise comprehensive communication plan :
• Develop company’s media coverage and public relations activity
plan incl. website, brand image, newsletters & press releases)
• Develop internal communication policies for continuous flow of
information
• Set standards for quality and content

Market Analysis & Promotional Plans:
• Analyze advertising impact on sales and foresee future change in consumer and corporate markets and subsequently develop plans to increase revenue generation.
• Devise proper advertising campaign and manage vendors.
• Work out the promotional plans to increase market share.
• Suggest improvement in the brands & related plans.

Implement communication plan:
• Approve content and release of all external and internal communication

Build relationships with external entities:
• Develop and maintain key contacts in government, business, and
media agencies
• Coordinate external events with public relations firms.

Monitor company’s external image:
• Monitor and analyze company’s media coverage, public relations, corporate social
responsibility initiatives, and corporate website.

Communicate with internal stakeholders:
• Identify and improve any loopholes in internal communication channels to ensure
employees’ understanding of company policies/achievements.

Control activities:
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through
the implementation of cost-efficient controls
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate
reporting employees
Requirements KPIs :
• Articles representing positive coverage in specified publications.
Timely delivery of the campaign.
Develop brand awareness amongst the target segment
Percentage increase in franchise branding
Performance Evaluation of subordinates.

• Education: Advanced degree in business management
• Expertise: Proven ability to own and lead major communication programs.
