Overview
Customer Care Plan & Strategy:
- Develop policies and procedures for customer care, and customer retention.
- Create & Implement plans for continuous improvement of Customer Services Experience
- Implement customer care strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor performance of each segment and ensure consistent performance of department.
Responsibilities
Monitor Customer Care Operations:
- Operate OSS, RFPs effectively to achieve set sales target.
- Monitor operational efficiency of the department.
- Ensure new sales promotions are effectively reached to proper segmented market.

Control activities :
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
- Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
Requirements
- Education: Advanced degree in Marketing.

- Expertise: Expertise in Sales and marketing communication.
