Overview You will be a Professional Recruiter supporting a Telecom and Wireless Consulting Services practice. You must have a solid business background in technical recruiting and strong knowledge of recruiting professionals within the consulting industry. You have also worked extensively to build strong client relationships to ensure you're delivering top talent to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities This is a full life-cycle recruitment position. You will manage all aspects of the recruiting process: from initial meetings with managers to understand the business requirements, to developing and executing sourcing strategies, overseeing candidate management and conducting salary / offer negotiations. You strive to completely understand your business clients and deliver a value added solution.
Requirements - Minimum 1 - 3 years experience recruiting and sourcing with a proven track record recruiting technology professionals
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using the latest search techniques
- Strong networking and negotiating skills (with clients and candidates)
- Strong client service and relationship building skills
- Understanding of human resources programs, policies and practices
- Wireless or Telecommunications industry recruitment experience is a definite asset
- Good computer skills with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like; Taleo, PeopleSoft or Hiredesk
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Flexible to work with requirements in different time zones

Minimum School Required University - Bachelors
