Research Manager, Client Service: CR

Provide full service management of key client accounts through marketing research information, analysis and reports and identify new opportunities for developing business in Consumer Research.
Job Summary:
·         Accountable for a team determined either by area or product or sector or client
·         Supervises all stages of project management and monitors performance
·         Responsible for the training and development of his/her team
·         Handles complicated client queries or complaints
·         Designs and plans research projects following client briefing and needs
·         Oversees the execution of projects.
·         Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities of Nielsen
·         Demonstrated recognition by client and other associates as an “expert” across multiple functional and knowledge areas
·         Presents results of study to the clients
Typical Position Pre-requisites: 
·         University degree MBA in Marketing or related field
·         4 to 6 years experience in Market Research
·         Worked with clients in a service industry
·         Strong leadership and team development and skills
·         Strong Analytical mind
·         Excellent Presentation and Organizational skills
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
·         Competent Negotiator with good influencing skills
·         Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques
·         Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics
