The desired individual must have strong understanding of Industrial Relation & Administration with following attributes:

Job Descriptions:
·    Must have a command on a legal issues related to labor, CBA negotiations & employee management and could keep good understanding of labor and local laws
·    Strong knowledge of relevant employment related legislation and be able to review and make submissions on employment relations legislation on behalf of the company 
·    Could administer grievances, employee welfare, and health care related affairs
·    Could investigate complaints about employees and prepares reports, arbitration and mediation cases
·    Possesses an understanding of contractual stipulations
·    Must be able to work with management to prepare strategies on IR and administrative issues along with an ability to identify problem areas to the management
·    Could monitor implementation of policies concerning employee relations and working conditions to ensure compliance in terms of labor contract
·    Keeps strong understanding of EOBI, SESSI and handling of external affairs of a textile manufacturing concern group
·    Able to act as duly authorized alternate signatory or representative of the Admin & HR Manager in case of leaves or unavailability in the signing of job offers or contract of employment, or the signing of commercial or other contracts whenever authorized.
