PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE · Law Graduate with 10 years experience in land acquisition and land management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordination with LACs for undertaking the land acquisition proceedings, preparation of record for acquisition, arrangement of funds, taking over the possession of land and adjustment of advances.
· Coordination with Government officials and various departments for favorable disposal of refinery land cases.
· Ensure timely processing of periodical payments to be made to various government and other departments.
· To monitor and follow-up action on the complaints/ applications and references etc.
· Compiling of land budget estimates.
· Fully conversant with Land Acquisition Laws and other Land Revenue Laws, rules and bylaws etc.
· Good communication and problem solving skills
