JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and ensure the implementation of, application and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Reviewing and evaluating policies and procedures to ensure they are revised and updated.

- Execute the entire recruitment and selection process from placing job advertisements followed by screening and short listing of applications received, scheduling interviews, communicating interview results to candidates though to offer stage.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
- Design and develop performance management procedure, toolkit and orientation/ training program.
- Conduct the first formal performance appraisal across board.
- Coordinate with senior management to determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives.
- Draft job specifications with Line Managers and analyzing the skills and experience required for each job and develop job and person specifications. .
- Successfully manage the integration of staff by redesigning and developing recruitment and selection strategies, procedure, processes, kits and guide for Line Managers & Team Leads.
- Execute joining formalities and ensuring all new employees receive effective orientation.
- Manage HR administration including maintenance of individual employee files and co-ordinate and provide information to employees on all facets of benefits.
- Prepare contracts of employment and ensure that employment contracts are up to date.
- Maintain appropriate records and providing regular reports on absenteeism, probations etc. for generating payroll.
- Execute employee separation formalities including conduction of exit interviews.
- Participate in ISO audits.
Academic / Educational Requirements:
- Must be suitably qualified preferably MBA HR
- The candidate must have extensive (at least 2 years) experience of IT industry (Software House.)
- Must be well versed with all policy matters regarding HR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Condition:
- Office located in Karachi
- Normal office working hours
- Can work with team in late sitting..
