Senior Manager Customer Care (Islamabad, Multan, Sukkur, DI Khan)

We are looking for Senior Manager Customer Care for a large
Multinational Telecom company.
Position title: Senior Manager Customer Care
Position location:  Islamabad, Multan, Sukkur, DI Khan (Please note:
There is one position for each city; total four positions)
Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Multinational Telecom Company
Salary: Rs. 125K to 165K per month (Please note: This figure includes
a car allowance)

Essential Requirements:
-- About 7 years (or more) of customer care work experience
-- Recent experience with large and prestigious multinational (or
similar) companies.
JOB OVERVIEW
-- SM Customer Care monitors the performance of Customer Care Centers
like; OSS, RFPs & RRUs.
-- Is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and the smooth
running of the customer care centers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Care Plan & Strategy
•Develop policies and procedures for customer care, and customer retention.
•Create & Implement plans for continuous improvement of Customer
Services Experience
•Implement customer care strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor Customer Care Operations
•Monitor OSS, RFPs effectively to achieve set sales target.
•Monitor operational efficiency of the department.
•Ensure new sales promotions are effectively reached to proper
segmented market.
Control activities
•Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the
implementation of cost-efficient control.
•Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
