KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Activation Programs:Drive overall category activation program design:
- Develop category/brand consumption building programs – growth solutions to create incremental demand.
- Design/Co-design activation innovation and customer collaboration programs based on consumer and shopper specific objectives and behaviors.
Develop category activation strategies with a focus on priority markets/customers:
- Integrate activation objectives, target profile and consumer insights supported by categories, brands and markets.
- Ensure execution of plans to prioritize growth and ROI; ensure strategic consistency and financial viability through ROI evaluation.
- Establish KPIs against all regional and national plans.
- Review activation programs performance vs. plan across all KPIs within monthly meeting and take corrective actions.
- Recommend annual category activation investment budget comprising of program costs, activation agencies, training, implementation etc.
- Collaborate with brand team in development of creative briefs, processes and brand activation communication vehicles.
- Actively collaborated with customer marketing and customer development teams for category's excellent in-market presence to power activation success.
- Communicate competition activities across organization, recommend counter attack strategies.
- Maintain close liaison with relevant government offices and activation agencies for smooth execution of activation campaigns and outdoor branding.
- Stay current on how activation process evolves locally, regionally and globally.
