Position Title : Project Coordinator
-Primarily responsible for facilitating project managers in effective and efficient management of projects
-Prepares project schedules and other project artifacts on the advice of the project manager and with input from relevant stakeholders
-Coordinates with team members on project activities assigned by the project manager
-Assists the project manager in following up on tasks and issue resolution
-Facilitates the project manager in project communication and reporting
-Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports project and process data to facilitate the project manager in making informed decisions
-Assists the project manager in tracking project progress
-Facilitates in process assurance and other process activities related to assigned projects
Required Competencies & Experience:
-MBA/Masters in Project Management would be a plus.
-0-1 Year experience in Project Management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good understanding of basic project management functions
-Good analytical skills
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Skills in MS Project or related tool and MS Office
