- Generate sales and achieve targets.
- Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets.
- Maintain required customer satisfaction level.
- Maintaining profitable business relationships.
- Ensuring sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Expanding local customer base and penetrating into profitable accounts.
- Work closely with senior executives to develop viable marketing and business development strategies/plans.
- Identify market opportunities and develop/maintain sales leads in their allocated area.
- CPE delivery and installation at customer's premises.
- Basic trouble shooting on customer site.
- Maintain and build customer relationship for future sales.
- Customer services for the accounts acquired
- Identify potential new clients, segments and business opportunities that are in line with the company business strategy.
- Customer feedback.
- Develop and realize new business relationships.
- Proactively co-ordinate the client's relationship internally by means of cooperating with other business units.
- Customer retention and in-house customer services.
- Market Intelligence report.
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience.
- Preferred industries: ISPs, insurance & telecom, FMCG, Banking.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Must be a team player.
- Self propelled, honest, hardcore sales person.
- Presentable to portray right company image.
- Excellent understanding of local market.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Dynamic and creative.
- Must be a go getter, team player and ready to learn.
- Persistence and self reliance would be a plus.
- Honest and balanced personality.
- Have the will and spark to cope with the challenging environment.
