We are looking young persons male/female for the position of Management Trainees in our Marketing/Merchandising department.

Job Description:

Its entirely an entry level position, As management trainees, candidates will able to interact with different departments & develop skills in the following areas:

 

ü  Learn about the products and services offered to customers and company policies

ü  Providing customer service to customers and begin developing customers relationships with existing accounts

ü  Learn to resolve problems, presenting client findings in written and oral reports to their seniors

ü  Respond to customers' sales inquiries and concerns by phone, E-mails, electronically or in person

ü  Compile reports of sales figures, client visits, sales targets etc.

Payments follow-up with customers and provide updates regarding due payments, invoices issuance and payment recoveries

Skills Required

 

This job requires the candidate to be result orientated and have strong determination in making things happen!

- Must be bold and confident.
- Must be honest and hardworking.
- Good communication skills
- Presentable personality
- Candidate must have MBA Degree from Recognized Institute
- Must be familiar with MS Office , Internet , Email and other ways of Communication
