One of our Clients is looking for Brand Manager for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE    ·          MBA – Marketing with minimum 3-5 years in the Pharma industry with a strong track record in managing brands and the achievement of profitable growth.
·          Cambridge Educational Background – Preferable
·          Excellent Communication Skills– Preferable      
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES    ·          Develop & implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products & services to those markets.
·          Execute decisions regarding products, such as choosing labels or packaging in local manufacturer product.
·          Responsible to drive ATL and BTL strategies
·          Responsible for driving sophisticated market strategies to capture long term sales, margin and profit growth for a core FMCG portfolio.
·          Managing and working across highly competitive FMCG categories
·          Work on developing new products.
·          Work out an approach to pricing & set products & services prices.
·          Make decisions regarding the distribution of products (such as stock control and follow-up),
·          Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations & sales management,
·          Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance,
·          Set Merchandising Plan in POS,
·          Ensure Market visit with sales people,
·          Supervise & coordinate with the sales related to their product.
·          Must have proven strengths in organization and planning skills together with excellent presentation ability.
·          Previous exposure to market research and a   creative flare
