Job Description
- Look after HR Relationship Management needs of the designated division
- Provide professional Human Resource Advice to employees and line
management to support their business objectives
- Build Rapport to facilitate good relations between employees
- Facilitate good people management practices and inter departmental harmony
- Assist the regional HR head in attaining and maintaining all
relationship management objectives of the region
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, conduct Orientation Sessions
- Implement Business partnership initiatives, communication platforms,
recognition drives
- Support Staffing and Organizational Development teams in their
initiatives like regional hiring, employer branding, training,
performance appraisals etc
- Conduct employee counseling sessions and share findings with
management for resolution of employee issues
- Oversee day to day HR operations activities like benefit
administration, HRIS updates, employee mobility, grievance handling,
employee discipline etc
- Liaise with departmental managers so as to understand all necessary
aspects and needs of HR services, and to ensure they are fully
informed of HR policies
The ideal candidate should
- Hold an MBA degree with majors in Human Resource Management
- Have minimum six years of Human Resource experience with
concentration in Employee Relationship Management
- Be a strong team player with ability to build rapport quickly
