1.  Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
·    As a leader, manager and mentor to the project team to mobilise for the achievement of strategic objectives as outlined in the Project documents and hold meetings & actively engage in management and strategic planning and activities, providing leadership to the overall operation of the project.
·    Ensure best practice and lessons learnt while working with local authorities, communities with due partnership policy, procedures and guidelines; through signing MoUs and facilitate them through monitoring and capacity building visits.
·    Ensure quality, transparent and accountable programming to the communities with established mechanisms for complaints and feedback.
·    Ensure women economic empowerment through improvement of infrastructure at UC level through advocacy at District & Provincial level.
·    Ensure excellent internal and external communication, coordination and collaboration & strengthen the team’s capacity, Local authorities and also the community groups.
·    Using the logical framework process to program planning/design, monitoring and evaluation ensure qualitative and quantitative information that provides evidence of impact and change.
·    Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project & maintain activity calendars of staff.
 General Qualifications/ Skills
·    Having Master Degree in Social Sciences with 8 -10 years experience.  
·    A good supportive leader and team member with self-motivated, proven ability to take the initiative and ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
·    Ability to manage a multi task work load & flexible to altering priorities in changing demands.
·    Excellent written / verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills, in Sindhi & English
·    Well developed written skills including proposals & reports & advocacy skills
·     Analytical, budgetary and financial reporting skills, computer skills essential.
·    Demonstrate a commitment to gender and diversity issues.
·    Excellent knowledge of project cycle management (planning, monitoring and evaluation) especially using the Logical Framework process
·    Broad understanding of international development and humanitarian issues


2.  Human Resource Person  

Location;                              Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
·    Assist in coordinating the project implementation as team components
·    Organize teams regarding requirement and replacement of new staff, posting vacant positions on job sites and preparing job advertisements as per projects’ policy.
·    Assist in receipt and review of applications, screening, short listing, job applicants and schedule interviews for short listed candidates through panel formation approved by the concerned designee by following all recruitment process.
·    Support the recruitment and selection process including reference checks and related documentation.
·    Draft employment agreements for new inductions and coordinate within the HR Team, Finance and Operations regarding placement, welcome package and orientation of new employees and briefing them about filed office policies.
·    Maintain CV files both in soft and hard copies as data bank.
·    Assist in alerting Component/Team Leads and the line managers for timely action on conduct of Introductory Assessment and assist subsequently the supervisor in reviewing the probation evaluation and issue employment confirmation letters.
·    Assist in floating the time sheet to collate, and pass on the filled/approved time sheet before stipulated time to finance for processing the salaries and payroll.
·    Help the supervisor in completing the exit handover, exit check list and exit interviews.
·    Assist, monitor and coordinate the orientation program for new entrants, annual performance evaluations management process, and help review of PDs as an aftermath of the evaluation.
·    Lead for procurement by following the process.
General Qualifications/ Skills     Ability to perform successfully as a member of multiple project-related teams;
·    Strong computer literacy skills required in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web browsers, and email;
·    Excellent communications and writing ability;
·    Demonstrated successful interpersonal skills;
·    Fluency in both English and Urdu required; other Pakistani languages preferred;
·    A willingness to travel to interior Sindh;
·    Work experience in the private sector and in a development project environment is preferred, with work experience in the former being more preferable.
·    Have knowledge and experience of procurement
Specific Qualifications:               4-5 years of work experience in a position similar to this one.
Educational Requirements:        MBA or a related field is required;
