- Associate Chartered Accountant
Profile Requirements:
- Auditing, Drafting, Calculations, MS-Excel, MS-word, MS-Power point.
- Applying International Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements relating to audit and accountancy.
- To assist in preparation of annual audit plan.
- To formulate internal audit programmers based on the annual audit plan and may include additional procedures in programmer due to any change in audit plan.
- To perform internal audit fieldwork.
- To perform surprise audit procedures after consulting of Head of Internal Audit and Compliance
- To document audit observations based on audit techniques of inquiry, observation and inspection
- To maintain adequate documentation of audit procedures applied.
- To maintain relevant documentation of records obtained from other departments during audit fieldwork.
- To prepare internal audit report on a quarterly basis.
- To document follow up of recommendations of previous quarter.
- To document follow up of minutes of meetings of Audit Committee.
- To help other departments in implementing internal audit recommendations.
- To review internal audit work performed by assignees as advised by HoD.
- To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required by their Supervisor/Head of Department from time to time' as a secondary responsibility.
