- Must be MBA with Min 7 to 9 years’ experience on similar position.
- Responsible to develop a business plan & sales strategies.
- Responsible to ensure attainment of company sales goals and drive profitability.
- Must be capable to deliver in target oriented and challenging environment.
- Must ensure timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects.
- Assign targets to team while striving to maintain profit margins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
