Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the given portfolio and provide support to Marketing team. Responsible for all sorts of marketing activities require to promote the brand to the right consumer. The incumbent would have to lead a dynamic team of Assistant Product Managers and provide directions for long term strategic marketing plans for assigned product portfolio including budgeting. Review promotional plans bring innovative new ideas and ensure effective execution in order to achieve sales targets. Prepare as well as deliver appropriate presentations to doctors and execute scientific events/forums as part of the Key Opinion Leader Development program. Monitor mass media campaigns on disease areas, maintain long term relations with Key Opinion Leaders in order to increase awareness of end users and promote company products. Effective handling of overseas conferences and franchise meetings on his/her own. Identify key customers and sales opportunities and provide directions for executions The incumbent would have to successfully handle queries raised by doctors in coordination with Medical Department. Coordinate with Medical department for medical approval of promotional material. The incumbent has to successfully interpret market data.
