Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist to set the 12Q activity plan based on global category/brand strategy.
  • Innovation project management and OTIF delivery of projects.
  • Insight, idea generation and concept development.
  • Manage product portfolio (including pricing) driving synergies within MCO.
  • Deliver activation packs (key visuals and themes) for key projects at cross-channel level enabling channel Marketing to then customise to specific channel needs.
  • Actively provide insights to global category strategy and responsible for insights that contribute to development of first class category mixes.
  • Category champion and expert working very closely with the MCO team, especially Channel, CMI, Sales - having a true external orientation.
  • Provide product training support to salesforce, support for chain contract tenders & meet key customers if in-depth category expertise is critical.
  • Responsible for monitoring competitive environment and evaluating product quality.
