Degree(s)/Major(s): Preferably a Masters Degree from a reputable university
Experience Required:
7 Years of experience in HR Strategy and Planning, Organizational Resource Development, Monitoring and Control of HR Policies, Talent acquisition, development and retention and In Depth Knowledge of HR functions, tools and industrial practices
5 Plus years of experience in People Management & Change Management
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Ability to analyze complex situations and come up with effective solutions to problems at organizational level
In depth knowledge of talent acquisition, development and retention
In depth knowledge of change management, & working knowledge of organizational design
In depth knowledge of HR functions and tools
Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organizational goals
Ability to coach, oversee and act as a consultant to the organization and bring the HR/OD insights to bear on the performance improvement of the company
Ability to act as a Leader according to Telenor's values and leadership expectations
Ability to initiate and drive HR projects and keeping abreast of best in class HR techniques
Ability to execute while multi-tasking, result orientation, and managing time productively
