Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage sales resources within the region to ensure efficiency and sales productivity; eventually translating into a smooth cash conversion cycle. Maintain an ideal sales mix to optimally manage profitability. Work closely with marketing and PMO department in general, and product management in particular, to give feedback on market trends. Spearhead negotiations with customers on price, deliveries, payment terms and other transaction variables. Manage relationship principal representatives such as Intel, Microsoft, IBM etc.

Experience of Managing teams Good understanding to handle sales pipeline Experience of IT Solution sales Achievement of sales Targets Account Management expertise
