PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Graduate 5-8 Years of functional (selling / sales supervisory)experience in reputed Companies in the relevant Industry/Sector with specialty in Direct Distribution / servicing of Key Accounts
· Must be well conversant with Arabic & English
· Currently must be physically based in Saudi Arabia
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for product-wise Annual/Monthly Sales, Volumes & Value Growth in assigned territories within targets agreed for trade / consumer marketing expenditure
· Ensuring coverage of identified outlets by Distribution team.
· Ensuring that entire market is covered in terms of our reach through consistent market visits and feedback to Distributor and Company staff
· Building relationships within identified accounts with key personnel
· Ensuring that our products have consistent and optimum shelving / facings as per target, with minimum expenditure in terms of listing fee. This to be done by leveraging relationship and clout of distributor
· Agreeing with Marketing an annual promotional calendar by account, and implementation of the same. Proposing additional promotions during the year where opportunity for extra sales / profit exists.
· Gathering and feeding market knowledge to Head Office to ensure development of effective promotional / pricing / product strategy.
