PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Masters with 12 – 15 years of experience at least in the Telecommunication and IT sales and portfolio management of blue chip companies.
· At present the candidate must be holding a GM or senior role in Sales Oriented environment.
· Must have good Business acumen, Strategic Planning skills
· High interpersonal and communication skills.
· Leadership skills.
· Result oriented.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Look after the whole range of sales functions like Operations, Administration, and manage the P & L of the company in country.
· Deliverables include Ensuring that the company short and long term top line targets are achieved, the time lines are met.
· Ensure the business delivers Net sales and Net Margins as per the Forecast for the company.
· Ensure services are delivered in a competitive manner by effecting mechanisms and established SOPs & SLAs in keeping with client expectations and market best practices in the company.
· Monitor the delivery of services in his area of jurisdiction and to ensure contribution towards the objectives
· Devise service delivery strategy & ensure effective deployment.
· Driving customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate for product procurement and supply chain related processes
· To identify/further mine biz opportunities with existing customers
· To ensure compliance of various Policy guidelines of the company.
