We are looking for candidates for the position of Regional Manager OAN (Operations Access Network) at a large Telecom Multinational Company.

Position Title: Regional Manager OAN
Position Location: Faisalabad and Peshawar (total 2 positions; one position in each city)
Salary: 130K to 260K
Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience in Telecom Multinational Operator or Vendor company
-- Currently at Regional Manager OAN (Operations Access Network) – or one step below
-- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics Engineering
-- For Peshawar position, Pushto language is a requirement -- Position requires Operations and Maintenance of Cell Sites (including: Power, Transmission Media, BTS)
Job Description
-- Oversee timely execution of all Access network O&M activities through outsourced vendor & own teams Look after all the environment issues in the region in coordination with the Environment team lead
-- Follow up all the Transmission/ BSS issues with Transmission/ BSS team lead respectively
-- Manage all outsource subcontractor’s activities and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled
-- Review and make necessary changes, as per contract, in all the quotations and purchase orders from subcontractors before approval of senior management
-- Follow up on planning & execution of all Integration tasks with Integration team lead & respective planning team
-- Be the point of contact on behalf of OAN with departments like HR and Admin
The ideal candidate should:
-- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics Engineering
-- Five to eight years’ experience in BSS or Transmission network O&M with at least 03 years in managerial role
-- Have sound leadership skills and ability to manage people
