A leading Multinational FMCG Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires an Ideal TERRITORY SALES OFFICER for Karachi.  
·         The right candidate must possess sound interpersonal skills to coordinate Sales team
·         Well versed in MS Excel & Word
·         Listening skills
·         Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu & English
·         Negotiating and influencing skills are essential
·         Excellent at numeric and a good sense of curtailing costs

Major Accountabilities:
·         Deliver sales target, distribution targets
·         Effective coverage of all routes
·         Monitor competitor activity
·         On-job training of the DSF
·         Random checking of retail outlets
·         Follow-up on DSF activity
·         Implement brands, promotion and other plans in the territory
·         Ensure coolers, POS, merchandise and other company resources are effectively utilized in the territory
·         Monitor distributor loop (inventory management as per terms)
·         Divide, complete and follow-up on targets
·         Induct and train DSF
·         Monitor stock level as per Cadbury Standards
·         Reporting
·         Market visits
·         Manage distributors within territory
Qualification:   Graduate/MBA from well reputed university.

Experience: At least 4 years as a Sales Officer in well reputed company, preference will be given to multinational companies candidates.

Salary: Competitive market salary plus Daily Allowance, Sales Incentive, Bonus, Company Bike + Petrol
