PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· MS in Chemistry or equivalent required with 7-10 years of applicable experience.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible to lead the team in the development and enhancement of company product lines.
· Also responsible for the modification of existing products, will have responsibility for department budgets and serve as an advisor and resource to production, quality control and sales.
