A leading Multinational FMCG Company based in Hub, Pakistan requires an Ideal ADMINISTRATION OFFICER. The incumbent should be:
· Experienced in dealing with labour department / agencies and should be able to represent in labour and civil courts.
· Fully conversant with labour laws,and Union matters
· The right candidate must possess sound interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments
· Well versed in MS Excel & Word
· Effective communication
· Ability to prioritize and effectively work under tough deadlines
· Good relations with Area Police and Fire Brigade
· Know how about cGMP
· Well versed in verbal & written English is must
Major Accountabilities::
· Provide administrative services to Factory
· Maintain conducive atmosphere in the factory for better productivity
· ·Responsible of maintaining high standards of housekeeping at offices and the factory
· Responsible for smooth operation of Canteen, Transportation, Gardening, Scrap Material services.
· Responsible to coordinate with concerned utilities during break down of telephone, Electricity, telephone and water
· Carryout any additional work as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years as a Admin Officer in well reputed company, preference will be given to multinational companies candidates.
Age: Not more than 35Years
Salary: 20-30k plus transport, bonus, PF& medical etc.
