For our team in Karachi we require a PROJECT MANAGER;
Job Description: Ideal candidate must have 6- 8 years of work experience with 1-2 years in the capacity of Project/Development Manager. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Java/J2EE & Open Source technology. He/she will be responsible for
- Leading the design and development of mobile and web application development projects.
- Liaison with clients to get their requirements
- Manage a team of software developers, SQAs and designers
- Assign tasks to team and ensure implementation
- Ability to multi task and use innovative management techniques
- Mentoring and providing guidance to team members
Required Technical Skills:
- Good programming, analytical & RDBMS concepts
- 2 - 4 years of experience in developing n-tier applications using Java/J2EE & Open Source technology

- Knowledge of MVC frameworks like JBoss Seam, Struts, and/or Spring are highly desirable

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good team player
- Must have team, time and project management skills
- Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus
