Experience Required: More than 5 years of relevant technology experience
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Experience in all aspects of database management functions especially with Oracle Technologies in a UNIX environment. This should include OLTP, DSS and ERP databases.
- Strong knowledge of all complex database management systems technologies, tools, methodologies and their applicability to solving business problems.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to effectively resolve conflicting priorities from multiple customers.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing technologies and business requirements. Should possess excellent resource planning skills, project and people management skills.
- Strong ability to interact effectively with internal customers and external vendors to produce service excellence within the database services arena.
