MBA/MSc. in relevant area will be an advantage
Certification(s):
Other qualification/certification that will be a plus:-
- Psychometric Level A & B
- Train the trainer certification
Experience Required: Between 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: The incumbent must possess:-
- very good understanding of the Training function
- sound analytical skills
- excellent communication skills and the ability to present to top management
- sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to get things done cross-functionally
