PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Educated to University Level (preferably MBA with engineering background)
· 5 – 10 years of experience as Key Account Manager in Telecommunication sales.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Good understanding of customer and/or local business scenario.
· Ability to function as a member of a multiple-functional, multi-cultural, multi-organizational team.
· Good understanding on relevant Business Processes (including Sales process, Service Delivery processes.
· Identify the client’s potential and qualifying accounts from its existing and future plans and strategies.
· Collect and analyzing market information and analyze marketing proposals
· Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention.
· Drive the sales process through developing and maintaining key relationships.
· Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors.
· Manage and develop existing revenue streams.
Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined clientele.
· Build up and maintain close relationship with key customers, esp. the key decision makers of these customers
· Participates with other senior management teams in developing and executing strategic plans.
· Positioning as a tactical partner for the clients through expert recommendations on business solutions which results in improved productivity.
· Provide direction to the team of account managers..
· Develop an overall operational plan to support the strategy including and make proper use of resources
· Negotiations at top level with Customer decision makers for contracts
· Drive Customer Development Plan
