Position for Resident Engineers

Position:  Resident Engineer
Location: Karachi / Islamabad / Lahore
Qualification: Bachelors/equivalent

Required Skill Set:

Level 3:

·         Minimum 4 years working experience in the field of IT

·         Bachelors Degree

·         Management Capabilities

·         Good Communication skills

·         Positive Attitude

·         Extensive knowledge of Networks, AD, MS Exchange or Lotus Domino, ISA, Windows Server / Client, SAV, wSUS & BlackBerry etc.

·         Ability to provide help and support if Level 2 engineers unable to find solution

·         Keep himself update with new IT Technologies

 

Level 2:

·         Minimum 2 years working experience in Tier 1 IT Service Support

·         Bachelors Degree and Diploma Holder in Computer Science

·         Having a flair to do some management related activities

·         Good Communication skills

·         Ability to understand the issue involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, internet access, emails etc.

·         Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical  ability to install maintain and support server, desktop, notebooks, Networks and other commonly used  applications (Windows Server & Client, MS Office, ISA, SAV, wSUS etc)

·         Ability to work in team and independently with minimal supervision.

 

Level 1:

·         Minimal or no working experience

·         Intermediate or Diploma in Computer Science

·         Having a positive attitude and good Communication skill

·         Ability to install commonly used applications (Windows, MS Office, VPN, SAV Client, wSUS Client etc)
