Description: Instructional designer is responsible for designing a course. S/he is responsible for developing and implementing a storyboard based plan, audio documents and the searching, editing and alteration of various images that would be relevant to the instructional text of the course.
- Work in collaboration with the Production team to create well organized, easy to understand and consistent web-based training using company styles and standards.
- Work on the content management tool (LCMS).
- Work on multiple platforms
- Quickly and accurately recognize performance/knowledge gaps
