Degree(s)/Major(s): MCS/BCS/BIT
Experience Required:
4 - 5 years of working with Information Systems, understanding & negotiating business requirements and delivering required information. 2+ years of people management experience.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Operations of MIS reporting (Telco BI)
- Understanding of Telco related Reports/Analysis needs and automated MIS Reporting system
- Data Quality Management
- People skills and Management Capabilities
- Adept in understanding business requirements and developing solution
- Understanding of Data Warehouse implementations
- Strong team builder
- Strong co-operative skills including oral and written communication skills
- Process Oriented
- Ability to create strong enthusiasm and spirit
- High level of personal moral and integrity
- Strong solution orientation
- Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a high- pressure environment.
