The VUMS Specialist will be responsible for implementing products offered by 360training and performing quality assurance (QA) and reviewing products as the student/clients will see them. The VUMS Specialist will ensure that all VUs and websites (360training Portals) meet 360training.com’s quality standards for accuracy, ease of use, and reliability in meeting educational needs. In addition to that VUMS Specialist will also be responsible for making courses LIVE on Portals and for all the clients.
· Virtual Universities set ups for Occupational Training
· Uploading, modification and updating courses on LIVE server.
· Use JIRA to report and track software bugs.QA All VUs and Portals.
· Work on newly developed in house products.
· Manage all VU Product Descriptions and Pricing.
Knowledge/Skills:
· Must be competent in the use of the internet from both a functionality and conceptual standpoint.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Should have good knowledge of web-based training.
· Knowledge of using web based applications will be an added plus.
· Ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Highly organized and motivated.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Qualification & Experience required
· BBA or BSC - IT (or relevant). + Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
