COUNTRY OPERATIONS MANAGER – ABU DHABI

Location: Abu Dhabi
The key accountabilities would include; Business Planning, Business Development, Client Management and Management
of the Companies Projects in the country.
Reporting to the GM-Operations in the HO a brief job summary is as follows:
• Single Point accountability for the successful execution of the country’s Operations and authorized to represent the
company up to the approved financial limits,
• Ensure that the companies HSE and quality values are understood, upheld and implemented at all levels
• Prequalify with a max. number of clients, market the company in the country,
• prepare/submit business plans for approval and coordinate with GM-Business Development (HO) for marketing strategy
and market intelligence
• Preparation of proposals
• Full accountability of the resource management and their development
Requirements
• B.E Engineering or Business Management
• 15 years + experience
