Campaign Management Services Executive

Degree(s)/Major(s): MCS/BCS/BIT

Experience Required: 2 -3 years of working with campaign management primarily doing campaign execution and customer contact management.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:  
- Campaign Management / Micro Segmentation / Stealth Marketing Services Operations
- Adept in interfacing business stakeholders to understand campaign dynamics
- Adept in using state of the art campaign management tool (e.g. SAS, Unica, Siebel CM etc.)
- Understanding of end-to-end campaign execution cycle
- Understanding of Campaign Management implementations
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a high- pressure environment.
- Should be able to handle work load effectively and efficiently
- Strong co-operative skills including oral and written communication skills
- Process Oriented
- Ability to create strong team spirit and enthusiasm
- High level of personal moral and integrity
- Strong solution orientation
- Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility
