Key Responsibilities:- Attend and plead litigation cases at District Courts, banking Court, High Courts etc.
- Conduct recovery suits in Banking Courts, etc.
- Present Bank’s cases before ombudsmen and Wafaqi Mohtasib.
- Vet and scrutinize property / collateral documents / title clearance of owners for Bank’s Loan/Credit Portfolio.
- Handle criminal matters & related issues and attend special courts ( courts for offenses in Banks).
