Responsibilities:
· To supervise and control all aspects of successful site execution of a project and possesses requisite decision making
authority to manage the activities of all internal establishments involved in the successful completion of the project with
ownership of the core and operating values and ensure their implementation.
· Planning and Scheduling:
1. Ensures implementation of work schedules as per the Level 3 and Level 4 Planning.
· Resource Mobilization:
1. Effective utilization of all the resources as per the available work front.
· Execution Methodology:
1. Ensures execution of construction as per approved Method Statements.
· Subcontracts:
1. Ensure the timely completion and performance of the assigned tasks and take responsibility to resolve execution
issues.
· Productivity:
1. Ensures development of project resources in an optimum fashion to achieve a productivity level equal to or better
than the forecaster. Issues regular reports to the Project Manager regarding site progress and highlights all
bottlenecks and anticipated problems along with necessary remedial notions.
Competence Requirements:
· Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
· Minimum Experience:
1. 10-15 years of overall experience with 7-8 years
2. 15-20 years of overall experience with minimum 15 years in civil execution in case of DAE.
