HR & ADMIN MANAGER (UAE)

Location: Abu Dhabi

·    Design , develop and maintain HR Polices and Procedures. 
·    Manage employee compensation and benefits including payroll. 
·    Develop and maintain employee job descriptions and objectives with department heads. 
·    Develop and manage employee performance appraisal system throughout the company. 
·    Manage current and ongoing recruitment needs. 
·    Monitor and advise on manpower requirements and deployment. 
·    Set up and manage employee training and development programs. 
·    Manage government affairs (immigration, labor, authority testing for engineers, trade license etc). 
·    HR and Admin cost control and budgeting. 
·    Responsible for General Administration of the company (office space utilization , office rental contracts, company cars ,
drivers, office workers etc). 
·    Handle all employee relations according to UAE labor Laws

Requirement

·    He should have 5 – 10 years relevant experience with MBA and have worked in Gulf, especially in Abu Dhabi with GCC LV
Driving License. He should have worked in Oil & Gas based construction companies. He should be able to manage a work
force of 1000 employees. Should be well versed with UAE Labor Law and immigration formalities. He will report to GM
