Support Consultant

Position: Support Consultant

Job Description:

- Customer call handling & resolution of their issues

- Record and manage client specific issues with a bug tracker/CRM
system

-Escalate any customer issue or concern within specified time frames

-Maintain and enhance a thorough understanding of Northstar product

-Willing to work in night shifts.



Skills Required:

 - Minimum 2 years experience in direct customer support (US based
clients preferred)

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills

- Accounting, Business Application or Software technical skills a
definite plus

- Some experience in troubleshooting basic networking and peripherals

- Proactive candidate must have good skills to work in a fast paced
team environment

- Available to work during day & nights (9 hour shifts) any day of the
week

- Must be punctual and flexible in shift hours
