Position Title: Human Resource Manager
Position Location: Karachi
Reports To: CEO / Director
Sector: Printing & Packaging

Essential Requirements:
-- MBA / MPA - HR
-- Experience of 5 to 7 years as HR generalist & development

Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for managing Human Resource in planning, controlling, organizing, and coordinating the activities of HR, while keeping close liaison with other departments in accordance with the company Personnel Policies, Procedures and Practices. To work as an intermediary between different departments and HR.
·         Development & operations of HR in order to ensure best HR practices, set new objectives & targets ensuring performance based culture 
·         Perform a comprehensive review of operational activities as HR Development & Management Team, managing HR Generalist functions with emphasis on HR policies & procedures, salary & leave administration, recruitment & selection, employee records, employee hiring, employee development, organizational development & change management, performance measurement and benefits & compensation of employees & contractual staff
·         Identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting in compliance
·         Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
·         Develop and implemented HR manual, policies & procedures, HR forms & formats and best practices in functional areas of human resources
·         Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, information activities program, and cash flow
·         Coordinate between all departments in respect of HR matters and acts as an adviser.
·         Guide the staff in dealing with the Company HR policies and problems.
·         Coordinate with external agencies like insurance companies and other outside sources for training and development
·         Keep record of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep top management informed.
·         Responsible for resolution of employee complaints, provides support and assistance in employee discipline matters, compensation issues and ensures adherence to HR Policies
